At Back Market, we pride ourselves on fostering innovation, creativity, and a collaborative work environment. And as we expand our team to launch a brand new Campus Tech Program, we are seeking a motivated Campus Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team within the People department.

As our Campus Tech recruiter, your mission is to play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a diverse and talented Tech workforce. Your focus will be on attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent from universities and technical institutions to contribute to our dynamic and innovative work culture in the digital and e-commerce sector.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Contribute to build our first Campus tech program : strategy definition and execution of the program
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and staffing needs.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with our company culture and values.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and technical institutions to identify top talent.
  • Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events, job fairs, and tech-related conferences.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract top tech talent (Lever, LinkedIn, JobTeaser, others).
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
  • Be the first point of contact for our Tech interns/apprentices during their journey at Back Market (Onboarding coordination, community management and HR & career development support).

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, with a focus on tech profiles.
  • Passion for the tech industry and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends.
  • Project management skills.
  • Familiar with engineering profiles and how to attract them
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Solutions-driven mindset with the ability to creatively solve recruitment challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
