About the role:

Back Market is a leading player in the refurbished tech marketplace, committed to sustainability and innovation.

We are launching our new insurance affinity offer in collaboration with two major partners, expanding our footprint in the US and EU areas. To ensure the success of this launch, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to temporarily replace a team member on maternity leave.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

• Project Leadership: Lead project management for the launch of the new insurance offer ensuring all aspects are delivered on time and within scope
• Partnership Management: Collaborate closely with our two partners, one focused on the US and the other covering the US and EU areas. Establish strong working relationships, address concerns, and find solutions to ensure a successful partnership.
• Transversal Collaboration: you coordinate efforts to achieve project goals. Manage cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication across different departments within Back Market : Product marketing, finance, & operations.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address issues that may arise during the project. Work collaboratively with partners and internal teams to find efficient and effective solutions.
• Insurance Team Support: Oversee and support the work of our two team members. Provide guidance and ensure the team is aligned with project objectives.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on project progress, key performance indicators, and potential risks. Keep stakeholders informed about the status of the project.
  
  

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

• Proven experience as a senior Project Manager, ideally in the insurance or telco industry.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of managing large, transversal projects.
• Experience in partnership management and collaboration with external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the insurance world and monthly payment programs is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and support a team effectively.
