About the role:

As a Payroll and HRIS Specialist, reporting to the Lead System and Payroll, you will be in charge of the preparation payroll for both French employees and international employees and of the maintenance of the HR tools.

Your mission if your accept it:

Payroll processing:

  • Deliver all the payroll tasks for your scope and ensure the highest standards are applied in terms of accuracy and time processing: this includes time off management, increases, bonus, on call remuneration, etc… as well as establishing the payslips
  • Ensure that employees are assisted in a timely manner (answering questions, resolving issues, communicating changes proactively)
  • Managing the offboardings in your scope
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation and reports to facilitate audits
  • Liaise with our external payroll and benefits providers when needed

People Operations:

  • Ensure that all legal documents are prepared in due time: New contracts, amendments and termination documents
  • Provide administrative support through BackMakers’ lifecycle (e.g. Employer certificate, Health insurance registrations, Lunchvoucher registration…)

HR Information System:

  • Track & maintain data accuracy and integrity of our tools (upload of the new data, recurring checks on the Core HR)
  • Participation to the automation of the People Operations (e.g. automation of the contract drafting)
  • Participate the improvement of the setting of the payroll tools (i.e. ADP and Papaya Global)

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You are perfectly fluent in english
  • You are enthusiastic and eager to opening yourself to a new level of expertise
  • You have a minimum 3-year-long experience in a Payroll function ideally in an international environment.
  • A previous experience in HRIS is a big plus.
  • A knowledge of ADP Decidium and/or Papaya Global is a plus.
  • You have worked in a fast-growing and in an international environmentYou have great communication skills
  • You are structured and thorough with strong attention to details and data accuracyExcel/Gsheet is your best friend (or at least a very close relative).
  • A knowledge of Tableau is a plus!
