What will you do?
- Assist the Store Manager in hiring and onboarding store staff.
- Contribute to the overall vision and sales objectives of the store.
- Manage employee schedules and ensure attendance and punctuality policies are upheld.
- Supports a team environment by working with Store Manager to motivate and develop the team.
- Provide consistent coaching on sales, product and client training in order to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.
- Pragmatically solve problems on the go and adapt quickly.
- Participate in developing and executing best practices.
