As a MarTech Product Manager, you will report into the Director of Product - MarTech and work closely with the tech team consisting of Engineering manager, developers, data engineers to deliver fast with good quality the product changes. Your stakeholder will be the CRM marketing team (mainly a dedicated POC) and the retention Product Manager. This role is a critical role to support optimisations and expansion of the existing CRM platform in OLX and maintain a healthy and scalable product. Since this team is evolving with new opportunities, you will also be looking into assessing additional opportunities within the marketing scope. You will mainly own and optimize toward: sprint delivery metrics, platform health and scalability metrics.
Activities you will perform include understanding the impact of each component of the platform, assessing needs and requirements from the stakeholders, driving priority, defining solutions and delivering them throughout the design and development lifecycle. This position requires experience in gathering and documenting product requirements in a variety of systems environments. You must be comfortable leading stakeholders workshops, working meetings and presentations.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to focus on the smallest detail but also understand how it fits within the bigger picture.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with different marketing teams, data teams to understand processes, WoW - find insights and detailed functional and technical requirements out of it.
  • Proactively identify and approach key stakeholders to understand and map processes and ways of working.
  • Analyze and document the information as functional and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with the retention Product Manager to align the priorities of the product while taking into account product expansion and strategic roadmap.
  • Manage items in the product backlog, write user stories, manage requirements, and define clear acceptance criteria for product features.
  • Set up together with the Engineering Manager success metrics to the sprint, track and monitor them.
  • Lead the governance and health metrics of the CRM platform and act towards the vendor when there are exceptions.
  • Be able to approach and discover new areas of marketing to identify opportunities of new tools expansion.

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in product owner and/or product manager focused on delivery, prioritization and stakeholders management.
  • 3+ years of experience working in digital marketing, product management or data analysis.
  • Preferably worked as a digital marketeer and understands how digital marketing is working - both process and tools (CLM tools, marketing automation).
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience defining and tracking metrics that measure the success of products and you know how to read, understand and present qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders around requirement gathering and prioritization.
  • Marketing automation technology solutions general knowledge.
  • Experience writing in-depth, technical tickets for development teams.
  • Self started and motivated.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator in English.
  • Able to handle ambiguity and changes.
  • Hands-on mentality, customer-oriented approach.
