What will be your responsibilities when working with us?
- Develop HR policies and maintain legal compliance
- Resolve employee relations issues
- Advise on recruitment and employee development
- The use of our HR software to input human resources data and employee records
- High-level monitoring of human resources metrics, like employee turnover and retention rates
- Providing advice to management and participating in employee performance reviews
What will you need to be successful in this role?
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline
- Minimun of one year of previous industry experience in human resources
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of labor law and recruitment strategies
- Excellent knowledge of English in written and oral form
