We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our extraordinary Mid-Enterprise Sales team and help us drive the market. With the swift adoption of our Observability Platform among enterprise customers, we are showing that large organizations are ready for New Relic’s SaaS APM solutions.

How do you know if you’re a good fit? You have a track record of over-quota achievement and have grown an ambitious pipeline of business as a result of outbound prospecting, creativity, and simple hard work. You also have experience navigating through sophisticated organizations and selling to multiple decision-makers, including the “C Suite”.

What you'll do
  • Prospect, qualify and develop a robust sales pipeline
  • Communicate the value of our solutions to technical users, as well as C-level executives and other senior enterprise decision-makers
  • Conduct discovery sales process to uncover the needs of enterprise companies in Latin America
  • Develop a strategic plan for your territory to meet monthly, quarterly and annual bookings & revenue objectives, working through partners as well as directly with customers
  • Timely and accurate updating of customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data to ensure the generation of accurate territory and management reports
This role requires
  • 5+ years of software sales experience
  • Continuous, relevant, and proven success in Latin American sales
  • A well-developed eye for business
  • 100% bilingual in Spanish and English
Bonus points if you have
  • Experience in consultative, enterprise solutions selling APM or related software
  • Deep and creative sales skills
  • Outstanding ambition combined with great teaming skills
  • A related college degree or equivalent experience

Estimated On-Target Earnings Range: $ 166000 - $ 208000
The pay range above represents a reasonable estimate of the on target earnings (salary plus target sales incentives) for the listed position. This role is eligible for a commission plan (as defined in the sales incentive plan document) and a competitive equity package. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
