- Use result data to inform CRO strategy, find opportunities, and prioritize CRO initiatives.
- Collaborate with various teams to implement CRO test winning patterns.
- Maintain the Split Tests project and its tickets and tasks, create and assign tasks to appropriate collaborators, follow up, and manage the CRO ticket process.
- Assign audiences and launch A/B tests on the website.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or relevant field and 2 years (min.) related work experience
- Experience in coding basic HTML webpages and using HTML, CSS
- Excellent analytical skills and can interpret data to build insightful reports.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with project or program management tools like Jira or Asana.
- Knowledge of basic Javascript
- Experience with website optimization tools and A/B testing
- Demonstrated ability to work backward from goal to develop an executable strategy
- Expert-level usage of Google Analytics

The pay range above represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan and a competitive equity package.
