New Relic has built a world-class contracts team and that's where you come in. We are looking for a contracts manager with at least 3 years of specific experience in the software industry who is ready for the next opportunity in their career.
The right candidate for the job will have enthusiasm for the subject matter and demonstrated experience providing legal support for technology transactions. This position will be responsible for various legal-related matters involved in selling our products, and will partner closely with colleagues in the Legal department, Sales, Information Security and Finance to review contracts, identify issues requiring legal/business review, and close transactions with customer procurement and legal departments expediently.
You will thrive in this role if you are skilled at interpreting contract provisions to tease out issues needing business or legal review and motivated by solving problems effectively and creatively. While looking for creative solutions to get deals executed, you should be detail-oriented and organized with a keen business sense and excellent judgment. We are looking for a customer-focused and collaborative individual with a great attitude. If you are driven by creating efficiencies in your work day and working independently among a global Legal team, you will enjoy working on a team of similarly motivated and collaborative people.
We work as a team and are proudly nerdy. Together we create magical products and do extraordinary things, in a "Best Places To Work" environment where you'll be inspired to do your best work. So if you are ready to do your best work, come and join us!
