What you'll do
  • Establishing an understanding of the customer's CTO's key initiatives and how our platform can help them achieve their goals
  • Communicate the business impact and outcomes that extraordinary software delivers, both to technical and business contacts
  • Develop sales plans to strategically grow and expand both paid and unpaid accounts within an assigned account base
  • Work closely with customers to drive further consumption of platform
  • Have a passion for helping customers win with our technology, and translating those wins into business outcomes
This role requires
  • 5+ years in SaaS or related direct application sales
  • Excel with both personal ambition and team collaboration
  • Must have excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills
  • Track record of success in inside sales quota-carrying role, and excellent 'face-to-face' customer skills with ability to travel (<25%)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Bonus points if you have
  • 7+ years in SaaS or related direct application sales
  • Previous experience selling to people with a technical background.
  • Has a basic understanding of the DevOps SaaS industry
  • Have experience of SFDC and a variety of software business tools, including PowerPoint, Zoom, Sales Navigator, Google Docs, etc.

Estimated On-Target Earnings Range: $ 166000 - $ 208000
The pay range above represents a reasonable estimate of the on target earnings (salary plus target sales incentives) for the listed position. This role is eligible for a commission plan (as defined in the sales incentive plan document) and a competitive equity package. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
